Mark has been my travel agent for over twenty years.  During that time, he has organised travel requirements for me and my family.  He’s always there to sort out a problem at the end of the telephone.  I recall returning from South Africa,  at check in, BA had changed the aircraft and only three of us could travel.  I rang Mark, who spoke directly to the airline check-in person who not only got us onto the plane but got the us all upgraded.  Recently he has done a brilliant job getting me in and out of Barbados during lockdown.  It’s in difficult times that you really appreciate Mark, he’s always been there for me I wish him every success with Cross Travel Solutions.

 Mark is so lovely to work with, he is very knowledgeable, professional and with a great eye for detail.  He consistently goes out of his way to ensure our needs are met and that all our questions are answered.  Mark is very responsive to requests, so we always have the comfort of knowing he is there when needed and ready to help
